A Lifelong Animal Lover, I’ve dedicated my education and career to Pets! A Veterinary Technician for 10 years and counting, I also have a BSc. in Animal Biology from Guelph University. You can rest assured I will be comfortable with more complex care needs and vigilant for any health related risks. Big and Small I love them all, my personal pets have ranged from cats to dogs, horses, chickens, turtles, rabbits and even the occasional wildlife (squirrels, salamanders, birds) that needed temporary rehabilitation. I began specializing in Canine Training and Applied Behaviour work in 2017, and have operated a boarding and training program through a well renowned Ottawa Pet Care Company. I branched out to Rescue Assessments and Rehabilitation, shortly thereafter and found my niche in Owner Assisted Behaviour Models. I Love seeing the difference I can make in Pets Lives ❤️

Jessica did daily visit to feed our cat while we were away for a week and she went above and beyond. Sending us pictures and videos, cleaning the litter box, and even brought in our mail slips. We will definitely be booking Jessica again, she took such good care of our kitty!
Jessica is absolutely fantastic! She arrived at the same time every day which allowed for a consistent schedule for our 5 cats. They all went to her with tails up and all her pictures showed super happy cats! The is the first time I’ve travelled for a business trip and didn’t worry at all about the cats or the house. Was completely stress free. I can’t say enough about how professional she is and how at ease our pets were. Absolutely would recommend her for anyone looking for a dedicated pet sitter with an amazing ability to remove all stress for both myself and our cats. :-)
It was our first experience with Rover and with Jessica coming over to stay with our cat Zoe and our dog Miga. They are both 17 years old and Miga (our little 4 pound Morkie) takes medication for her little heart twice a day. It was a hit. Miga immediately bonded with Jessica as did Zoe. Given Jessica's experience, it was very reassuring knowing that our pets were in good hands. We will certainly be using Jessica's services again.
Best experience one could expect! Jess & Eric were terrific with Max, I was a bit worried leaving him, he was on medication, but they took great care of him, sent daily updates and pictures AND he made some new friends! I couldn't have asked for better care, Thank you Jess!

Recently I’ve been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and needed to shift away from my full time work as a Surgical Assistant Technician, and am hoping to make a full time career out of helping owners by caring for their pets in my home and theirs in the Perth, Carleton Place, Almonte, and Carp Areas! This means Flexible Scheduling!
