Jessica is an extremely reliable, trustworthy person. I had no issues letting her into my home and providing her with alarm codes. My dog absolutely loves her! He's a bit tough; he is a gentle giant at 110lbs when it comes to cats and people, but he doesn't like other dogs and can show an aggressive reaction if he encounters a dog on his walk. Jessica handles him without issue, guaranteeing the safety of herself, other people, and other animals. She has never been late and has always let me know well in advance if she is not available on a specific day allowing me plenty of time to make other arrangements.
