When I was out of town for a week, Jess took care of my dog, Portia (a sweet, loving 5-year-old Airedale Terrier), and they had an amazing time! She stopped in for several daily visits and took her on long adventures, making her nice and tired when I got home. She clearly adores the pups, and definitely treated her like she was her own. Beyond her doggy-care acumen, she's super responsive to messages, sends photos with every walk, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Now every time she comes over for a visit, Portia makes a beeline for her, giving her kisses and cuddles, because she knows she's going to get to do something fun and will get a lot of special attention!

Jess loves animals more than anyone I've ever met! Not only is she great with animals (they instinctively love her), she has an in-depth knowledge of all kinds of animals. I think she'd probably be a great zoologist, actually. She's gentle, but knows how to be firm, and dogs respect her calm, assertive, but above all loving attitude.
