I connect with dogs immediately on a deep level that I can’t even fully explain. Petting a cute fluffkin makes my day so I will approach each job as if it is the privilege it is. You’re trusting me with someone you love deeply and I respect that. I’m big on safety- hold the leash securely, watch for dogs stepping in or eating anything. I can perform doggy cpr and I’m not afraid to scoop something out of their mouth if there’s an emergency. I’ve actually pet sat for some unusual pets (a big goat was my favorite, a family of geese were the trickiest) so dogs are a walk in the park! My rescue is now ten years old and she’s been the light of my life. Her recovery process was tough but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I make my own schedule so I am available at odd hours and often last minute. I’ll take lots of pictures or videos so you know your pet is happy with me. It makes her happy to know that other dogs are happy - I know this because I have seen her interactions with many animals and have witnessed her interact with her own dog.
