Both of my girls were well taken care of while we were out of town. Would definitely book again in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend Jessica to anyone on this app. By far the worse person we have ever worked with on this app. To begin with, we only got a single update during our six day trip. She doesn’t update or respond to txt, calls in a timeline manner. For icing on the cake, we get to her house to pick up our dog as scheduled, turns out no one is home, she isn’t picking up any of our calls or text. We ring her video doorbell and the person that picks up is her sister, she sounds extremely annoyed and frustrated and explains to us that Jessica left on a trip and hasn’t been watching our dog at all. At this point we have no idea of the well being of my dog, or if he is even okay. No one is home to open their door, I call rover and they can’t provide any direction or solution. So we called our local police, they come on sight and speak to them offer the doorbell video again. After waiting for hours outside her house someone comes to open up our door and hands over our dog. The unprofessionalism of this act is beyond acceptable, who accepts to watch someone’s dog and leaves for a trip? Jessica should be removed and shouldn’t be allowed to work on this app. We should get a full refund, and rover should step up and play their part of the matter as well. They are also refusing the address the issue and their customer support management team has yet to call us. I’ll never use the app again, they need to do better at vetting out their contractors.
