First of all, I would give 0 stars if that was an option. In all honesty, I had high hopes thinking that if someone is on this app that they truly enjoy pets and caring for them. I went into labor a week early and needed someone to watch our two dogs last minute. We specifically told Jessica that one was an outside dog previously and needed to be watched closely and let out fairly often to prevent accidents. She did the opposite. When we came home the entire house smelled like poop and pee because she had to clean so many accidents and she left that trash in our kitchen trash can (which still smells when you open it). The rugs all had pee spots as well as one of the dog beds. She also allowed them to tear a hole in one of the dog beds. Mind you, we watch them when we’re home and they listen well when you tell them no so this tells me she paid no attention to them and allowed them to do as they pleased. Imagine coming home with a newborn baby and having to spend over 3 hours cleaning your house because someone else was lazy and stayed on their phone. Also, my father in law and two sister in laws stopped by before we got home (Jessica didn’t know they were coming by) and she completely offered up the key to them and was about to leave not even knowing who they were. They could have been anyone and there for all the wrong intentions. I feel Jessica has a complete disregard for the safety of herself and the well being of other’s pets and homes. I will never hire her again and am reluctant to even use Rover if needed in the future.

Jessica is awesome! Couldn't ask for a better person to watch my fur baby. (I hate leaving comments bc someone is going to steal her from me, and I don't want her taken from me bc I am selfish. HAHA.)
