Unfortunately, we didn't have good luck with Jessica. I had a really good first impression of her from the Meet and Greet, but it didn't last. I dropped my dog at her place for a 10-day stay over Christmas break. The first red flag was that she didn't send us daily updates and photos unless I reached out to her first and asked her. She never contacted me to ask/clarify anything about my dog. I am not sure how much attention Jessica gave my dog - perhaps she was busy with other things around the Holidays. The worst part was that my dog was sick when I picked her up from Jessica - she had very bad diarrhea and was not eating anything. I ended up paying $1500+ for vet appointments and testing to figure out what was going on. I had much better experience with 3 other Rover sitters in the past - they all sent daily photos and updates, contacted me if they had any questions about my dog's likes/dislikes and habits, and my dog was healthy at the end.

We had to book a sitter for our dog Molly on a short notice to attend a Christmas holiday party in the city for two days and was nervous we would t be able to be find one that would ease our mind I of being away from her. We picked one from reading the reviews from other and crossed our fingers we booked the right sitter for Molly. We not only were happy with our choice, but was eased from our worries with Jessica’s text, giving us the status of how Molly our dog was doing. When we picked her up, we could tell how happy Molly was taken care of and how happy she was thanks to Jessica and Andrew. Definitely would book Jessica again if we needed someone to take care of Molly when we are away.
