For 2017, I only have a few days open in January and February. The rest of the year is not available as I am moving out of California. Please note that all stays will be discussed beforehand and availability confirmed. Animal lover with experience caring for various species (dog, cat, fish, rabbit, rat, snake, etc.). Available for extended/overnight visits. I prefer to care for pets in their own homes because it is less stressful for them. I'm an easy-going person and adapt to new situations. Imagine a slumber party for your dogs. I have experience caring for pets as well as working dogs on a cattle ranch. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs and all breeds, even breeds that may seem intimidating to others. I've read up on dog behavior and psychology and use gentle approaches to dog training, i.e. positive reinforcement and behavioral/operant conditioning, never using an aggressive or domineering style of correcting.
