I call Jess the Clutch Girl. I had a reservation prior that had to cancel at the very last minute due to the rainstorm evacuation and was in need of a sitter for Nike. I was leaving to San Diego that late afternoon and was very concerned about what to do. I came across Jess’s profile on Rover and after reading her profile, I was confident that Nike would be in good hands. She responded in seconds to my request and was willing to take care of Nike in such short notice. Her only concern was if Nike was friendly and she was more than happy to watch him. Knowing she’s a college student, my only concern was Nike being alone while she leaves for class. However, she assured me that Nike will always have company and have friends to help watch as well, while she is away. She sent me great pictures and gave me updates daily. What I liked most about Jess was that she wanted to do everything she could to make Nike as comfortable as he was uneasy the first few nights and even offered to buy him toys. During the pick up, she gave me the whole rundown of how Nike did and I know he was happy because of his activity pattern was routine, and usually when he’s uncomfortable, it is unpredictable. Thank God for Jess, with only a 4-Hour window to figure things out, she pulled through and came in clutch, for sure. Thank you so much Jess! I definitely recommend her and will be keeping in touch for future bookings.

She loves dogs and introduced me to rover. She has a big yard to play in. A responsible gal and trust me, your dog will be entertained!
