I hired Jessica to watch my small dog in my apartment for a 5 day trip out of the country. Overall, this was okay. My apartment was clean and my pup was healthy upon my return. I do not like leaving negative reviews, and everything did turn out okay. However, I feel compelled to share that my experience was she did not respond well to requests. (Eg. sent picture of my dog downtown with no leash on, asked her to leash my dog, did not respond. I’m still unsure if she put him on a leash on that occasion. Later, had more miscommunication when asking for clarification on a separate issue). It felt to me as if she made her own rules and was imposed by my instructions. Otherwise, Jessica sent photo and video updates throughout the week and was very kind to my dog. I was happy to come home to a sorted home.

5 stars!!! Jessica put my mind at ease and went above and beyond. She sent me pictures and videos all through the day and it was clear my dog was in great hands.
