Pet care experience
My boyfriend and I have had big dogs in our families our entire lives. We love to run and play catch and hide-and-seek with our dogs at any chance that we get. Since we've been in college however, those opportunities have become limited, so we hope to be able to give that sort of fun and play to other dogs we care for. Not to mention, there are numerous parks/dog parks around our apartment that are spacious enough to throw the frisbee or the ball around. I'm always very careful when dog-sitting, and will always make sure the the dog has plenty of attention, food, water, and bathroom breaks. The dog will not be short on love or attention in my home, my boyfriend and I have been dog-lovers since birth. I have also worked with animals at my current and past occupations and can provide basic medical attention should the need arise.

Jessica is truly amazing! She was extremely patient with my anxious YorkiePom, and super flexible with my delayed travel plans. She was attentive, kept me updated on my pup, and was just an overall joy to work with. When I need a sitter again, Jessica will certainly be my first choice!
Jessica is a wonderful young lady who is dependable, conscientious and loves dogs. She is very responsible and I would trust her with my pet or any family member in a minute. She is a hard worker, happy and fun person who will be a good friend and companion to your pet. I also would not hesitate to give her access to my home as I know she would leave it as she found it. She will take this job seriously and take good care of your pet. I wish she were able to come and visit my dog daily!
I've known Jessica for two years. She's a very friendly, competent and responsible person. I was with her in a chamber group last year, and she arranged and scheduled pretty much everything, and communicated with the other members as needed. I am sure she would show that same responsibility in caring for your pet, and would communicate with you whenever she thought necessary so that your pet is well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jessica as a dog sitter.
Jessica sat for (and walked) my dog Max twice, and both times she was professional, diligent, and reliable. Despite having short notice, she followed our instructions to the letter, and even was good enough to deal with some unexpected doggy issues (incontinence, refusing food...) and Max, who is normally nervous around strangers, found it easy to get along with Jess. I highly recommend her.

I would prefer house-broken dogs that are trained in the basic commands of sit/down/no. I also live with my boyfriend, so all dogs have to be comfortable with men in the house. And I would prefer dogs without separation anxiety and ones that are ok with being left alone without accidents.
