I grew up on a farm around a lot of animals and pets. Now I own a home in the big city 😉 and have time and love to give to your pets! I started out watching my friends' dogs then began fostering pets for The Nebraska Humane Society and just recently adopted my first dog, Buddy! He is a small bichon frise/shih tzu mix who is very chill and so far has gotten along really well with everyone and all the dogs he has been around. Fostering and adopting have been truly wonderful experiences both for me and the precious dogs I have had the opportunity to care for. They’ve all had medical issues, and most have had behavior issues as well. Buddy doesn't seem to have any behavioral concerns at all, but he is 7 so has a few small medical issues. I’ve learned a lot about how to best handle varying circumstances and really love helping the dogs heal and flourish. I continue to learn more all the time because it is something I really enjoy doing now! I would be honored to share my love and attention with your sweet pets too. I have a large, fenced-in backyard in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. I know my neighbors well. There are a few nice parks nearby. I am very active and love to go for runs and walks. I have some family members who visit at times, and they love pets as well.
