Pet care experience
I have house sat for weeks at a time taking care of both dogs and cats. Additionally, I have cleaned owner’s houses and taken care of their gardens for them as well while they were gone. In high school, I lived around horses and cows, so I have experience doing lots of chores concerning the basic needs of animals. Furthermore, I worked at a pet bakery for two years, so I am well informed regarding pet nutrition. I am doing this job because I have always loved animals, but didn’t go down that career path. I will be willing to do anything your cat or dog needs: grooming, bathing, playing, walks,etc. I don’t have experience with special needs dogs or cats, but I am always willing to gain that experience and learn. I have the patience to work with animals of all kinds.

After a pretty bad experience on rover before, we were so incredibly happy to have found Jessica. She sent us pictures and updates every day which we appreciated so very much! She was very good with the dogs and we could tell how happy they were when we got home. They were loved and cared for and we are so thankful for her wonderful care. Thank you!
Jessica was wonderful. This is our first time using Rover and we were not sure how it worked and skeptical of finding someone trustworthy with our pets and our home. Jessica did a meet and greet with us and right away I was relieved. She was sweet and down to earth and confident with the pets. We have 1 dog and 1 cat. While we were away she kept us updated and sent photos. Besides just making sure they were fed and watered and our dog got to get out to relieve herself, she walked our dog, played Frisbee, and played with our cat. She was punctual and kind. Dependable, trustworthy, and sweet to our furbabies. She even brought in a package that was delivered from Amazon. Even though I did not need other services, she offered to water our plants, bring in the mail, clean up any messes, scoop out the cat litter box, pull weeds, and other small tasks. Jessica was definitely great and helped us have piece of mind that all was secure and going well so we could enjoy our mini vacation and not be worried. Thank you for helping us we appreciate it!!
Jessica was an excellent sitter for our two dogs! She was available on very short notice, responding promptly and making time to come by to meet the dogs and get oriented to them and our home, even with the time crunch we have her. Jessica provided updates and photos with every visit, giving us peace of mind that our dogs were doing okay and were well taken care of. Jessica was good about showing love and affection to the dogs, allowing them to grow to feel comfortable with her and begin to open up. Jessica even played tug-of-war and fetch outside, took the dogs for a bonus walk, cleaned up a little pee accident, and gave necessary medicines. We couldn’t have been more happy with Jessica as our dog sitter, and would highly recommend her for others.

Right now, I am available anytime on Saturdays and Sundays! I have day job during the week until 4pm, so I am willing to check on your pet after work if needed. Depending on how often your pet needs care, we can work out something during the week.
