Hello future guests! My name is Jessica and I would love the opportunity to watch your dog! Growing up my house was considered the zoo of the neighborhood. Throughout the years we had dogs, cats, birds,a rabbit,turtles and of course goldfishes. I moved from Chicago 2 years ago and left my 3 dogs at home. I miss them everyday and always beg my friends here, that have dogs, to let me play/walk/watch them. I live in Stuytown so have lots of area to walk and am walking distance from Tompkins dog park. I have 2 other roommates that live with me, both have full time jobs and are over 18. My roommates also adore dogs and would enjoy having a furry friend for a weekend!

I would recommend Jessica in a heartbeat. As her sister and her best friend, I've seen her interact with animals her entire life. We grew up with dogs for most of our life, and Jessie was always the caregiver from feeding to grooming to walking. From small to big, Jessie can handle it all. She is not only responsible but caring when it comes to watching someone's pet. Most importantly she truly loves and cares for dogs. She makes the saying "man's best friend" make sense.
Jessica is the biggest dog lover I know. Growing up with dogs has made Jessica very responsible with animals and also allows her to be in tune with a dog's needs. She is my go-to dog sitter for both my tiny Chihuahua mix as well as her Doberman brother.

A typical day
My style for dog sitting is to make sure the dog is as comfortable as they can be because it's stressful in a new environment. I also ask questions to the owners about their like and dislikes so I make sure they feel comfortable. Walks are my favorite thing. My neighborhood is full of them and everyone is super friendly. Have a bunch of greenery by me which is super nice for dogs. I'm also right by about 3 dog parks, if they enjoy them. My dogs growing up did not like them so we just went on extra long walks :)
