Pet care experience
I have owned dogs since I was very young and am experienced with a wide variety of breeds (from hounds to shepherds to toy breeds). I am an avid dog sport enthusiast and have experience with dog training in basic through advanced obedience, as well as service dog training and AKC competition obedience. I have my own service dog and have titled him in AKC obedience CGC as well as trick dog. I love working with dogs and I’m excited to meet yours! I will strive to make every encounter your dog has with me positive, enriching, and educational. I am usually available every other day during the week and at least one day out of the weekend. I have a separate room in the house for visiting pets. Friendly dogs may be allowed to socialize with my personal dogs after a meet-and-greet, and will be appropriately exercised and may also go for fun trips downtown. In the client's home, pets will be cared for exactly as requested.

I do not have any breed preferences, but I do require the dog comes with a buckle collar with ID tags or be microchipped, and be up-to-date on all vaccinations before they visit with me. If your dog has any aggression problems or reactivity problems, I need to know beforehand; having problems does not disqualify your dog from visiting, it just means extra care must be taken to make sure your dog stays safe. If your dog is obedience trained, I can also run them through commands to take care of their needed daily training!
A typical day
I will walk your dog around the neighborhood for at least 30 minutes OR play fetch for at least 30 minutes, along with in-house games and possibly basic obedience training if requested. I have a wide variety of training tools, toys, and fun interactive games for dogs to use. Visiting animals MUST be crated or confined at night.

Availability
I spend a majority of my day at home, which includes caring for my personal pets. My dogs are thoroughly exercised and receive daily training sessions. Visiting pets will receive the same level of care as my personal animals.
