Hi! I'm Jessica and I would love to offer your dog a home away from home with lots of love and exercise! I have always been a huge animal lover. Not only have I had pets my whole life and worked for numerous families and friends caring for their pets, but I have professional experience caring for animals. A few of the organizations that I have volunteered for are the Humane Society, Santa Barbara Zoo, and the Santa Barbara Marine Mammal Center. My home is a few miles from the beach and I take dog walks there often. We go on outings to nearby dog-friendly parks (Arroyo Verde is the favorite) and absolutely love to go hiking in our beautiful mountains, so you can be confident that your dog will get some quality outdoors time, whether they need a long run, walk, or a good game of fetch! I am more than happy to take energetic pooches on runs or to off-leash parks if the owner is comfortable. Between outings, your dog will have the house and yard available as well as lots of attention from us and our playful 30 lb dog, Caicara. There is plenty of room to run around! We have a grass yard that is fully fenced and an open space of the living room with a box full of dog toys that always ends up being the puppy play area :) I guarantee your dog will love their time staying in a house with a yard and the beach and park close by. I will treat your pup like my own with lots of love and follow any specific guidelines you have for your pet regarding diet, leashes, exercise needs, training, preferred sleeping arrangements, allowed on furniture, etc. I will also send updates and photos during your dog’s stay.
