I love dogs. I've nurtured three dogs in the past 20 years and I've cherished every single moment. The majority of my experience in dog sitting is mainly home based. Home experience with dogs has taught me personally how to raise them. To raise several dogs one has to have time, patience, love and commitment. I received my first two dogs when I was eight. My poodles were babies for which I had to create a small secure home environment for them. I kept a close eye on my puppies and attended to their needs as frequently as possible. When they turned one, I was finally able to take them out for their first walk. My third dog was a shih tzu. He was just as loving as my poodles but a bit more difficult to train because he was older. After a couple of months he adapted to change and now all three dogs are healthy and active. I keep my dogs on a structured routine. I walk them three times a day and feed them twice a day. I walk my dogs to the park everyday to teach them commands. I think the park is a great place for dogs to learn commands due to open space. Treats are a great way to let dogs know when they are responding correctly. I spend a lot of time with my dogs to show them love and affection. Love and affection in my opinion is they key in keeping your dogs alive longer, love pro-longs animals lives.I think a great Dog Lover is one who will go above and beyond to make sure that all of its pets needs and wants are meet, to ensure they have the best life on earth.
