Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Jess and I love animals. I studied pre-Veterniary sciences and worked as a Veterinary technician during my undergraduate career at Rutgers university and have a masters in Epidemiology. I have lived with dogs (German Shepherds and Yorkies) and cats my whole life and currently have a Yorkie named Mitzy! I can also work with most drop-in and walk schedules. I love taking care of pets and would love to take care of your furry friend!

Jessica was so great! She came over ahead of time to meet my boys and play with them. They were so excited to see her. She sent me pictures throughout the stay and made me feel so comfortable knowing they were getting lots of loving while I was away!
Upon first booking, Jessica was very eager and excited to meet our dog and was confident and comfortable with him especially given he has a lot of energy meeting new people. Also Jessica was very timely and responsive when booking and provided detailed updates and pictures!
Jessica was always very timely and responsible whenever I asked that she walk my dog. I travel frequently and it was a relief knowing my pet is always in good hands. My pup is always excited when Jessica comes over, so I know she must be doing something right when I'm not around!

Please let me know of normal walking routes, behaviors or any quirks like if your dog is a bit more reactive then others. I may request a double lead leash if your pup is larger and more rambunctious just to avoid them getting off leash.
A typical day
I can play fetch with your dog during a walk if there is an accessible backyard or dog park. If it’s a drop in activity I will make sure to give them attention! Also happy to feed them during a drop-in visit if it is during their feeding time.
