Jessica did a fantastic job with all my kitties while I was away and kept me informed of what was happening every day. I would recommend her to anyone and also will be booking with her in the future.

Jessica and I worked hand and hand for many years as petstylists together. Through my time working with her, Jessica displayed compassion and patience with every pet that was in her care. She showed that pets confidence which seemingly made every pet much more confident and comfortable in a situation that at times could make pets nervous. She took care of every pet as though they were her own. Jessica was trained in and practiced many types of safety skills. She was trained in animal body language. She is able to recognize when a dog is happy, nervous, anxious or scared and she is able to adjust her energy and body language accordingly to make each pet feel more comfortable. She knows and practiced animal behavior safety. She is able to recognize when a pets behavior could potentially harm the pet, her or others and will discontinue the connection/service for a pet that displays behaviors related to stress, agression or at times fear. She has the knowledge of how to recognize potential minor/major health concerns that may arise in a pet and addressed these types of things with owners as needed. Because of her lengthy level of experience, kindness, and awareness I have Jessica watch all of my pets when I am away because I know she'll love them they way they deserve.
