Since 2015 I have volunteered at the shelter in my hometown where I worked with police K9s and shelter dogs. Training includes; leash confidence, simple commands (sit, stay, etc), and maintaining a consistent schedule for these animals.

I will always be by your dog’s side throughout my time with them. If there is a fenced yard I will be outside with them. If the yard is not fenced I will use a leash. Either way, your animal will be taken care of with the upmost respect.

A typical day
It depends on your location, however, I love to take dogs on walks in the park. This way they get stimulation and exercise. I also am a huge fan of stimulating games, such as rolling treats in a towel and helping them with their problem solving abilities.

I’m currently a full time firefighter where my schedule allows me a lot of free time. This allows me to have a very flexible schedule throughout the week.
