Jessica is very passionate when it comes to taking care of dogs. Having an older dog of her own, she knows the challenges that can come with pet care. Despite these challenges, she has never backed down from her responsibilities. She always makes sure to make sure all the dogs in her life are loved and taken care of. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and is attentive to their behaviors. She has been able to track changes in behaviors to know when a dog needs medical attention when others were not able to see those same signs. She will always go the extra mile to make sure the dogs are happy and healthy.
Hello, Jessica is my younger sister. She is a fantastic pet owner and has professional experience caring for dogs. We adopted our dog Rigley several years ago. Jessica has been responsible for feeding, walking, and caring for Rigley since we got him. He has had several health complications recently and she has handled all his vet visits and medication. She is attentive to detail and extremely caring. She would supervise large groups of dogs as they played and ate. She knew each dog by name and had to remember individual's medical conditions and special diets. Jessi loves dogs! She loves to get to know their individual personality. She has worked at a doggie boarding spa and she has watched neighborhood dogs when their owners were on vacation. She loves to stop and pet dogs when they are on a walk, which has been hard lately with COVID restrictions. She will love your dog and take very good care of him or her.

Your pets and their needs are my number one priority while they are staying with me, walking them, playing with them, or staying at your house. Boarding can be very stressful for our pets and I provide and comfortable home- like experience for your pets. I try to stick as close to your pets daily routine as I can to make sure they are comfortable. I have a beautiful yard for us to go on adventures in and plenty of sidewalks for safe fun walks around town. When staying in your home i also try to keep their routine the same and give them so many snuggles so they know they are cared for and safe!

I would need to know about any medications the dog is on ahead of time. I would also need to know if they are dog aggressive, leash aggressive, food aggressive, or have any other behavioral issues so I can make sure to not put them in a situation they would be uncomfortable in.
A typical day
I like to take the dogs to a park for a nice walk and playtime at least once every other day. If the dog is comfortable around other dogs I will take them to the dog park to meet so other doggie friends. One of my favorite indoor activities is sniff and seek. I will his treats around the house and let your dog go and sniff them all out. This gives them great mental stimulation as well as a few tasty treats!

Availability
I am currently a student at Kent State University and have plenty of time in between classes and homework to care for your pet. Everyday my pets come first. When I wake up they get breakfast and I take my dog outside and then I get myself breakfast. When I am home during the day I give my pets lots of play time and snuggle time!
