Hello! I have been a pet lover my whole life. I’ve been the owner of two lovely miniature labs, who “ live up north on the farm”. Currently I have a cat, Phoebe, who fits my adventurous lifestyle! With that said, the jury is out on if I’m a cat person or a dog person! I am available short notice and have a flexible schedule as a therapist. All of my nanny families ask me to pet sit while away because I treat their pet like I do their children (in a good way, I swear). I also am great at getting pets to take medications (fun skill to practice with a diabetic cat of my own). I offer walks, check ins, sleepovers (your home) and lots of snuggles. Photos are always sent as checkins and leave me whatever list of things your furbaby needs. Traveling pet owners: I’m a pro at the dog in hotel thing!

Jessica is a natural with animals and you should let her watch your pet. Jessica loves animals but is also responsible and knows how to take good care of them. She has watched our dog a couple of times and I know that it is a good experience because he is always reluctant to leave when I've gone to pick him up.
I can 100% trust Jessica with all of my fur babies. Any time she comes to my house she prefers to greet my dogs before myself. And even though I have two German Shepherds which might scare most people when they walk in the door she just drops to the floor to get their kisses. You can see the love she has for them. I also have two guinea pigs that I’ve had her come by on weekends when we’re gone. She gives them just as much love and attention which is awesome to me because so many others just disregard them since they’re rodents. If your floofers need care and snuggles, Jessica’s your girl!

I love to hear from the owner what their dog/cat is like. What they like, don’t like, are like during storms, favorite hiding spot, and what the dog/cat needs to feel safe while it’s owners are away. No breed preferences - I’ve been around most breeds! I am open to a meet and greet to help the dog transition smoothly!
A typical day
I’m looking forward to all the snuggles this winter, but I’m a true Minnesotan girl so don’t worry, your dog will get outside for walks during a stay with me. I’m up for endless games of fetch and and tug of war. My goal is to have the least amount of separation possible for the dog and for you!
