I am an animal lover at heart! If you are like me, you probably view your pet as a member of your family. As such, I believe pets should be treated with respect and kindness. I have taken care of animals for years as a dog walker, dog/cat-sitter, and owner. Ever since I was a teenager, I have taken care of people's homes and pets while they were on vacation. I have also walked neighborhood dogs ever since I was young. Professionally, I am a teacher so my hours are very flexible during the summer months. Longer vacations for dog/cat-sitting are no problem. Fitness is important to me so I am very willing to increase the intensity of walks if you have an athletic dog.
