Hello, I’m Jessica. I decided to be a pet sitter because I was looking for ways to get more involved in my community and meet other dog lovers in the area. While I do not have any formal training or certifications, I have been around canines my entire life and have gained experience training them and caring for them. I’ve always owned pups, but I currently have a loving and playful Bichon Frisé named Ginger. She has an abundance of energy and loves being around people. At this time, I am not looking to care for dogs in my home as I live in an apartment complex. I do plan on buying a home within the next year –– yikes! –– and at that time, I will reevaluate my situation to see if the environment is suitable for this type of service. I look forward pet sitting in different communities around St. Louis and meeting new furry friends along the way! I work the 8:00 to 5:00 career life, but I have flexibility with my start and end times along with a flexible lunch break. This allows me to do house visits or go on walks in the middle of the day if needed. Other than that, I’m free in the evening and on weekends to spend time playing with your pooch, going for walks or jogs, and just having a good time together! I keep dog treats on hand at all times to give to four-legged friends (with permission from their owners, of course). I live a very active lifestyle, so I am always up for a jog or run with more athletic breeds or a slower walk for those who like to stop to check out all the good scents along the route! Dog owners should book me because they will not find anyone with a more loving and caring heart who is ready to treat their dog as one of their own.
