We take our pet's comfortability very seriously; treating him as the sentient being he is, we hired Jessica for a Drop-In Visit before hiring her to House Sit. Judging only off reviews, we felt that Jessica was perfectly responsible for the job, especially since she also loved to send pictures. We discussed our expectations for her stay during our eight-day trip abroad but on the first day, her available hours changed. In one single message to us, Jessica renegotiated the terms to our agreement while we were abroad. We would have NEVER hired her based off this 'new' availability. What happened here was not a miscommunication. On average, our home was left unattended for 22 hours a day and on a Saturday our Cat went a full 24 hours without attendance due to her "visiting friends in Jersey." I would not hire her again and I hope that this review helps others to understand that this woman's priority is to do the very least: take a picture of your pet and leave. We have camera's installed in our house and were witness to the neglect of our cat as she sat on our couch and ate food for the two hours she was in our home each day. Jessica had no intention of doing her job even if it meant taking out her own trash; upon coming home, our apartment reeked of old food/garbage and our cat's litter was not clean. Unfortunately, this entire experience with Jessica was stressful and left us feeling less in control than alternative professional methods for House Sitting. My advice: continue to shop around - Jessica's mood-based work ethic is not worth the risk of hire.

I had an excellent experience Jessica. She took great care of coco and had excellent communication.
