Pet care experience
My name is Jessica and I my husband and I just purchased a home with a large fenced in yard in Otsego! I currently have an 8-year-old shih-tzu named Boone, who has QUITE the personality, so I am used to having to adapt to various situations with dogs and will do my best to learn about your dog's needs. Boone also loves to have friends visit to play with in his backyard. I know that beneath us all lies that 'crazy dog mom' attitude (I fully admit that I am one anyways), and I want to make sure that your needs are met, along with your pup's! My husband and I both work in education and have LOTS of free time over the summer. I love being outdoors and look forward to spending some time with your pup! Due to allergies, we can only accept hypoallergenic dogs in our home.

Our family felt our dog had a great stay at Jessica's house with their dog, Boone. Jessica understood the weather and travel adjustments during the winter season and we appreciated her flexibility in accommodating (as well as when our dog's harness broke!). She also consistently sent daily pictures and timely updates which was always reassuring and happy to see. We're sure our dog would love to stay at their place again!

I like to know about the dog's food schedule and any issues/concerns they have had when staying overnight with someone else in the past. I like to make sure that dogs are comfortable and feel secure in their surroundings when they are away from their family and home!
A typical day
We love to play in the backyard and go for long walks. My shih-tzu is 9 years old but can go for quite long walks in parks and around the neighborhood!

I am usually free on evenings after 4:00 pm, as well as on weekends, and being that I work in education, I have lots of free time in the summer!
