When I was a growing up we always had 2-3 dogs, so I have a lot of experience taking care of them. We had a dog that unfortunately became diabetic which meant that we had to give insulin shots. I am comfortable giving insulin and other medications, if needed. I have 3 dogs of my own at the moment; a Golden Doodle, a German Shepherd - black lab mix, and a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. I have always loved dogs and I treat each as if they were my own. My goal when I watch other people’s dogs is to play with them and make them as happy and comfortable as I can. I dog sit for my neighbors and for my family when they need it. I stay at home full time, so I have very open availability for drop-ins and walks.
