I will be very thorough about what your pet requires, his/her veterinary history, and sure to do run throughs if administration of injections are involved. Animals, like children, deserve respect, guidance, structure, and fun in order to foster confidence and a stress free life (or at least forstering skills that impart stress coping). That said, thoroughly discussing your pets history is imperative to making our time together a rewarding experience.
