Pet care experience
I love all kinds of animals, especially dogs and birds. I raised our family lab/shar pei mix from a puppy and she lived to be almost 17! I adopted a 12-year-old chihuahua and had him for about 5 years until we had to say goodbye. After losing both our senior doggies two years ago, I am without pets for the first time ever. I miss them and would truly enjoy spending time with your fur babies while you are away!

Jess and her husband were awesome! This is the first time I’ve use boarding with Rover and couldn’t be happier. During the meet and greet I knew they would be a good fit and the stay was great. They kept me consistently updated, and when I picked up Agie, she could not been happier. I will definitely be using them again, and I would recommend them to take care of your pup!
Jessica is the most kind and helpful person you could ever hope for in a dog sitter. She truly loves dogs and will care for your pet like her own. Jessica’s responsiveness and trustworthiness give you such peace of mind. I am thankful I found her and will continue using her for all my pet sitting needs!
We have 3 dogs (2 small Yorkie) and a lab/Great Dane (100#). Jess is so loving and caring with our three pets! Diligent about coming over and spending time with them feeding and play. They always seem happy and relax when we come home from a trip and my home was never in disarray. (she even picked up the backyard. We really appreciated that.) We never feel stressed about leaving our pets with Jess. She’s a great communicator and she loves dogs!

I have no other pets at this time and no children at home. My backyard is fenced with a block wall. If you would like your dog to have use of a doggie door, I have one that I install into the back glass-sliding door. My home is mostly tile floors with carpeting in the front living room and bedrooms. I live on a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic.

My preference is for dogs over the age of a year or two who are completely house broken and not too high energy. Please let me know of any special needs when it comes to activities, feeding, or medications.
A typical day
We can go for walks around the neighborhood. I love to hike, so if your dog likes more vigorous exercise, we could hike some of the mountain trails nearby. In the evenings we will have cuddle time on the couch watching some tv before bed.

I work full-time outside the home but have a doggie door for small to medium-sized dogs and a fenced yard. I am able to go home to play, feed, or walk during the day if needed. I am at home in the evenings and on weekends.
