*First time user experience* Typically my mother will watch over my pets when I go out of town. Due to her age and the size/energy of my dogs, I decided to book a dog sitter. Daunting is an understatement. I was worried about relinquishing control to someone I didn’t know and inviting them into my home to care for my pets that mean so much to me. As a first time user, there were many unknowns regarding the process and inviting someone to stay in our home. No worries though. Jessica to the rescue! She was able to guide and provide information during the booking process. She then came to meet our pets and took time asking many great questions that pertained to our furries. I was a little hesitant to using Rover and having someone new around our guys. Would they understand some of their quirks? Would they provide the same loving experience that they are used to? I knew there would be many new facets to this experience. If you were ever hesitant on using this service or Jessica to take care of your pets, use this review to reassure you that it is a great way to have peace of mind knowing that your guys will be cared for, understood, and comfortable - even and added bonus, Jessica will truly get to the heart of the job. She went over and beyond for my guys. She made sure they were taken care of, had snacks, were de-shedded, nurtured, and I came home to happy pets and a lot less hair. What more could you ask for?! I had an issue with another pet sitter and Jess stepped in last minute and took over. She really went above and beyond. She cared for my cat and her communication was outstanding. She really helped me feel better after losing trust in another sitter and even went so far as to do some light cleaning in my house that she had not been asked to do. Jess is an outstanding pet sitter. I will use her again, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for care for their pets. Thank you Jess! You saved the day!
