Pet care experience
I grew up with large dogs and a wide variety of other family pets. I’ve pet sat for a variety of dogs of all sizes, some of whom were sick, required medication, or were special needs. I’ve fostered animals and have pet sat extensively. I have experience with not only dogs and cats but rabbits, raccoons, squirrels, small mammals, fish, birds (including pet ducks), frogs, lizards, snakes, horses, goats, and other somewhat common pets.

Jessica leaned into letting the dogs' personalities shine and feel comfortable in their own home, even planning an excursion out together for a sniff fest. Absolutely no problems all week, and upon leaving was extra kind to do some chores to make homecoming even easier. Would 100% hire again.
I have trusted Jessica to watch over and care for my dog for over 3 years. I have a dog with behavior issues and she is great working with him! I don't have to worry when I am away for extended periods of time.
Jessica has watched both my cat and dog many many times and I have never been disappointed or worried! I come back home to them being happy and healthy every time and I never worry about leaving them with her when I’m gone!

It can mean sitting on the couch next to a cat reading a book. Every pet gets personalized activity and attention because each pet deserves it.

I work full time in Iowa City and am free outside of working hours to spend time with pet friends. My schedule outside of work is very flexible and accommodating.
