Hi I'm Jess! I’ve taken care of dogs for most of my life and have veterinary experience as well as experience working with animal shelters as a foster mom. I specialize in caring for puppies, elderly dogs, and those who need a little extra medical attention. I am fur mom to a 2 year old Mini Aussie named Luna and she is my whole world! I currently work part-time, which leaves me with lots of time to love on and play with your pups! As long as I know in advance, my schedule is quite flexible. When I am away from home it’s usually for no more than a few hours. More time to spend with your doggo! My apartment complex is super dog-friendly and backs up to a great trail for long walks! My own pup loves playing one-on-one with new friends. We are located in North Austin and love to explore Zilker and other parks/trails in the area. There are lots of opportunities for fun around here! Any specific requests? Let me know and we will make it happen. I allow pups on my bed and couch, unless you prefer otherwise. I do board only one family pack at a time!! All dogs are separated at feeding times of 8 am and 6 pm, unless you feed more often or have a slightly different schedule. I am used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, and raw foods, as well as administering medications including injectables. I'm also known for making some pretty yummy homemade dog treats! Please let me know if your pet has any allergies or medical conditions. I ask that pet parents bring their pet's food, leash & harness (if you use one), and medicine if applicable! You are also welcome to bring their bed and anything else that will make them comfortable. I am happy to bath your pup before they go home, just make sure to bring their shampoo if it is medicated or they have sensitive skin.
