Pet care experience
Jess has had pets her whole life. From rabbits and guinea pigs to dogs and cats to snakes and bearded dragons, she has lived with and loved them all. Erik has extensive experience with rabbits, including haveing shared custody of a 9 year old loop bunny. Through living with Jess, he has received a crash course on dogs and cats and has learned to administer meds and deal with special needs animals. Jess even has experience with wildlife rehabilitation through a non-profit organization and has worked with baby birds, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, groundhogs and much more. We both rescued and rehabbed one of our two bearded dragons from a severe case of neglect. A few years ago we adopted the least wanted cat from the SPCA - senior with lots of dental work needed and in the beginnings of renal failure. Our life with him was short lived but so full of love and cuddles. We miss Cheeseburger every day but would adapt another cat in need in a heart beat.

The dynamic duo of Jess and Erik did an amazing job of taking care of my cat and my house while I was away on business. They kept me updated on Mikka’s activities, were very respectful of my house and clearly love all animals. They even put my recycle and garbage out for pick-up!! Highly recommend them!!
Jessica was awesome with Kahia and awesome with me! Kahia by nature is a cautious kitty, taking her time to decide if someone is trustworthy. She was out and visiting Jessica within hours. Jessica was patient, attentive, kept me up-to-date, sent me photographs and she was amazing in my home. She’s super friendly and down to her and really easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Jessica and Erik as your next pet sitter.

We have a friendly chihuahua and two cats to keep your pet company if we were to board them in our house. At your place they will get lots of playtime and cuddles. We also love taking long walks, so your dogs will get their steps in along with us. Safety is of upmost importance to us and we will take the wellbeing of your family members very seriously.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs. We’ve dealt with senior animals, cats in renal failure, have administered subcutaneous fluids and oral medications on dogs and cats and have experience raising and training our puppy.
A typical day
We live on Lakeshore and love walking around the area and stopping to sit by the water. Playing fetch and rolling around on the floor with them. Cuddling. Your pets will get lots of cuddles and kisses from us.

Jessica & Erik can watch in your home
Availability
Jess works full-time from home and has a flexible schedule. She can leave during the day for walks and pet check-ins and can even bring her work with her and work from your home if you want more time spent with your pet. Erik also works full time but is currently off due to a concussion. He therefor has plenty of time between his physical therapy sessions to walk and spend time with your pets as well.
