Hello to you and your perfect pets! My name is Jessica. I have over 6 years of professional dog handling and training experience, plus more than 20 years of personally caring for dogs, cats, rodents, birds, and reptiles. I am a certified Family Dog Mediator, a Collaborative Care Partner, and a Fear Free Shelters Graduate. I’ve handled and trained hundreds of dogs using positive reinforcement based techniques. I have experience working with fearful, anxious, reactive, aggressive, jumpy, mouthy, and resource guarding behaviors. I’ve taught classes, administered medications, trained dozens of skills — and I continue to learn and study every day. Animals are the best teachers! I want to make your dog’s walks fun, enriching, and stress-free. My goal for each outing is to meet your dog’s mental and physical needs — and that means that each walk will be a unique, fulfilling experience. I aim to reinforce all of your dog’s awesome behaviors while making sure we stay safe and have a great time. Your dog’s well-being is my top priority. For those who are interested, I’m happy to provide a bit of basic training, an enrichment activity, and/or to modify the walking plan based on what works best for your dog.
