To begin my name is Jessica and I am head over heels in love with my German Shepherd, Dunkel. He is five years old and I got him as a 8 week old puppy! I spent the first three years training him myself into the amazing dog that he is (he is AKC & CGC certified)! We have also done therapy dog work, agility courses, protection training, obedience training, off leash training, urban CGC training, and sent training. He is extremely friendly with both dogs of all sizes and people and goes everywhere with me that he is allowed. I am very familiar with dog training though not a certified dog trainer myself but I know what signs to look out for when allowing dogs to meet other animals. I am cautious and put the protection of the pets that I’m looking after and my own pet first always. There is a ton of time for playing and I make it a priority to positively reinforce the training he’s received every day! That’s how good boys & girls stay good boys & girls! I have babysat for all of my friends with pets. I have helped people overcome issues that they’re having with their pets by providing tips for training that I used & it worked for me when training Dunkel. Overall, I’m definitely that girl who asks to pet and speak to your dog first when I see you out and about haha! I’ll ask your name after 😉 I work from home and Dunkel would love to have some pals to play with! I do live in a large 2 story home with a fenced in backyard & another dog (Rizzo the Goldendoodle) will also be present so must be okay with more than just 1 other large dog.
