Pet care experience
I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, my grandad used to have a farm so my contact with animals started from very early on in life. To teach me to love and care for an animal, my grandad gave me the responsibility to care for our farm dogs from the age of 4, which I absolutely loved it. Ever since, I’ve been looking after neighbours, friends and family pets, especially cats and dogs. I have a lot more experience looking after dogs, however cats are welcome. Since I was a teenager, is when I started getting more people asking me to look after their dogs as they could see that I did it for the love, passion and responsibility I have for animals. Ever since I moved into my own flat, I started looking after my friends little Yorkie and cat. I love having a house full of animals as it reminds me of home and my grandad. Since I was 5 years old, I decided that I wanted to become a Vet, so I went in studied really hard to get into vet school. I am currently in my 3/7 years of Vet school and still going strong. I have experience with most species of animals. As a vet student, I know most animal anatomy, ability to identify disease and can identify any behavioural change with your pup. I am able to administer any medication to your pup if needed. As a owner of a senior dog, I’m happily to dogsit/walk senior dogs as I know what their needs require. I will feed your pup with whatever feeding requirements they might have as long as I have the instructions from the owner. Above all of it, I will make sure that your pup gets all the care, love and cuddles they get from you at home! ☺️

Jessica was great for us and our 7 years old Maltipoo. And Jessica’s own dog seemed to make Lisa relaxed. Jessica is really calm and we felt secure leaving our rescue dog with her for eight days. We got photos and reports and Lisa was clean and nice when we got her back. Will contact Jessica again. Highly recommend!

I live in a 1 bedroom flat in a estate so therefore I have unfenced communal gardens, which is where I walk my dog and where we play everyday. Whilst in my care, your dog will always be on leash unless owners tell me otherwise. Safety is my number one priority while your pup is in my care. I live alone, so it will just be me, my little dog and your pup so it will be a quite and safe environment. There is no smoking or drinking in the house, and there nothing laying around the house that could be a hazard to your dog.

Whatever instructions owners give me, I will try and reciprocate those whilst your pup is staying with me. I have an unfenced communal gardens that I use to play with my own dog and with any dogs I am boarding. Please feel free to bring any toys or other things that your dog will need to have a happy stay with me ☺️

Availability
I am full time student so I go into uni 2-3 a week and the rest of the days I am studying from home. Also, i work part time (2x a week), rota based so I will update my calendar very week for my availability. Before considering me to look after your pet, please remember that I am NOT home full time, so there for your pet might be home alone with my little yorkie for a few hours. However, I can guarantee that whenever you pup is here, I will give it my undivided attention. I will make sure they get all the exercise and nutrition they need whilst in my care.
