Hello, my name is Jessica and Welcome to Lake Forest Bark! My partner Brian and I have been pet owners for the last 20+ years. We both love dogs and sharing our home with them. I work remotely so dogs so dogs are rarely left unattended for more than a few hours at a time. We have about 1/3 acre which is fenced and wooded. Plenty of room to roam and lots of squirrels and birds to chase. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and stay indoors while we are away. We have access to many parks and walks are always 'on the house'. We have two resident dogs, Finn, a Pekingese and Marky, an Affenpinscher. Finn is a typical Pekingese, calm, independent, majestic and plays well but and not very active for any length of time. He loves meeting new friends though and is our Lake Forest Ambassador. Marky is less than a year old and loves to PARTY!! He’s 13 pounds of pure play. He’s never met a dog he doesn’t like and will play with guests for hours. He even gets the shy ones out of their shell. We prefer medium to small breeds but would welcome large dogs provided that they are older or otherwise gentle and calm. I can also pick up and drop off at your home for an added fee.
