My family is keen on loving and taking care of any animal that we come across. From ants, to horses we love and respect them all. I started house sitting, check ins, and walking dogs when I first moved to Hobbs from Lubbock, TX. I started with my family's dogs and other animals then grew to friends of family. I love meeting new dogs and giving them a day full of whatever they need/want to do! We have 35 acres of land that is fenced so we are able to allow the dogs to run and play in groups or individually. A normal day for one of my regular dogs that I walk or board would be started with familiarity of their surroundings, then introduced to a large portion of their adventure areas. We then give them an option of swimming in a large metal tank (supervised) or to go run and play in the pasture (supervised as well as fenced) or both options! House sitting is a must for some and I completely understand, I would rather your pup have someone there at all times rather than check ins. The reason for that is because I know it can create anxiety in a dog if left alone after being with their owner a lot. If I can help a dog to be comforted just by being there, then I'm all for it! If your dog is the lone wolf type, then check ins are perfect for you and good for me also.
