Hi! I’m Jess, and I am a full time animal caretaker! I have two sweet Chihuahuas, Choco and Melo, and a blind cat named Marco. They are good around all different kinds of dogs, old and young, big and small. The chihuahuas are therapy dogs in training! Soon to be volunteers <3 They’re great companions for socializing your timid dog around other pups. My cat thinks he’s a dog - please don’t tell him otherwise. For boarding and daycare, I am able to take dogs out for potty breaks 3-4 times per day, or more, if needed. My neighborhood has a spacious dog park for doggies to run around in, and there are lots of trails nearby for long walks (I live right across the street from American Tobacco Trail). Couch potatoes and low to moderate energy dogs are preferred - I don’t have a yard for easy zoomy access. I have beds for small and big dogs, crates, dog gates, white noise makers, blankets, heating pads, toys, bowls, and my own leashes - all you need to bring is their food and medicine! I have plenty of experience administering different oral medications, ear and eye drops, injections, and wound dressings. I don’t hesitate to take animals to their vet while in my care if you and I decide they need it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO BANFIELD PET HOSPITALS. These places have highly unethical veterinary practices and are a scam. Ask me for local vet referrals if you need one.
