Pets have always been part of my life, for as long as I can remember. When I was 12 I started helping my step father at his animal hospital with after hour emergencies,and simple cleaning tasks. When I was 14 I was officially hired as the kennel attendant. My main responsibilities were caring for boarding cats and dogs as well as any sick, injured or animals post surgery. Over time I became a vet tech, assisting with appointments, and procedures. I LOVED my job. When my 2nd daughter was born I made the tough choice to stay home with my kids after my step father passed away. Throughout my life I've cared for a wide variety of animals, furred, feathered and scaled! As an adult our family consists of 2 labs, 2 cats, and 6 chickens!
