Would not recommend her. I was not updated on the status of my dogs at all except for once but I had to ask how my dogs were doing. No photos were sent at all. On the night before pick up, my dog got attacked by another dog at her home and I ended up having to go to the emergency vet with him. The dogs should have been watched at all times while outside, but instead they were left outside on their own. Management of the emergency situation was less than satisfactory. She met me at the vet, dropped the dogs off, apologized and just left. No checking in to see the status of my dog or offering to stay since this happened at her home. She called Rover before contacting me about the attack so I am not sure what time this exactly happened. I cannot confirm but it also looks as if the dogs were left outside for the majority of the time regarding the status of their fur and nails.

Jessica was great. She was quick to communicate and sent pictures. My dogs seemed comfortable with her right away.
