I am a graduate student studying social work at the UMN. I am on Rover because I love dogs! (Cats are ok too). I am often home studying and have a flexible schedule outside of classtime. I just moved here from Charleston, SC. I live in a town house near Fish Lake. My backyard extends into a huge field and park— perfect for fetch and long walks! My first job was helping my mother at her dog grooming shop, where I learned to groom and care for dogs over 4 years. I was also a dog-walker during my undergrad program for a family that had 13 rescue dogs (13!), ranging from small and large breeds with special medication needs. I have lots of experience working with senior dogs. My own pup is a friendly, “retired” 13 y/o that I have had since he was 6 months old :) He loves making new dog friends, but loves sleeping more.
