Dogs Deserve It All.

Pet care experience

If you want your pet to have the best care and photos taken while “on vacation”, you are in the place! You can check out all the pups that have stayed so far in the Instagram: @baobei_pups I am a great pet photographer because of my love for them. I capture pets’ perfect moment, whether that’s a smile, floppy ears, jumping like a rabbit, I never miss those funny moments. Your pet’s photo gallery will have loads of cute photos for your memory. My friends call me the "dog whisperer," perhaps because of my unparalleled patience and affinity for our four-legged friends. I take care of your pup like my own, carefully observe their behaviors for any potential uncomfortableness and would let their owners know what to look out for. My heart belongs to my pupper, Mochi – a Yorkie and Poodle mix. You'll often find me embarking on adventures with him, from leisurely strolls to mini hikes and even the occasional car ride to satisfy his hooman's tummy cravings.

Our dog Mili was very very well taken care of by Jessica, she received plenty of TLC :) Jessica communicated with us every day to give us updates and share pictures of Mili when we were away on vacation. We will absolutely board Mili with Jessica again and will recommend her services to anyone else looking for a loving dog sitter :)

Jessica is an absolutely wonder pet sitter. She voluntarily gave our pup a shampoo and brushed her coat to perfection, eliminating some matted hair in the process. She sent many pictures and reports, at least daily. When a family medical emergency required us to extend our out of town trip, Jessica was flexible and kept our dog for a few extra days. I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough. Your pooch couldn't possibly be in better hands than Jessica's.

I live in a one-bedroom condo close to many walking distance parks. The neighborhood is great to walking the dog if dog requires walking while boarding. I have dog toys, puzzles, bed, and bowls (from my dog) available when my dog is with my mom (my flat is like his mini-getaway house 😅, my mom’s house is much bigger compared to mine). I always wipes the dog’s feet after a walk or potty and a butt wash as well after pooping. It helps not only clean the dog’s bottom but also avoid any potential parasites that could manifest (recommended by my our vet and we’ve been doing it since).

Information Jessica C. would like to know about your pet

For and foremost, is your pup on flea and tick prevention? My house is also an home for my dog, so flea/tick free is very important for me. If not, then, I’m not your person. Secondly, any information about your furbaby will be helpful, special care, allergies, behavior triggers, interaction with other dogs and people, etc. I want to make the pet feel as comfortable as possible.

A typical day

Depend on how much energy your pup has, I would play with the pup more in the house if it’s raining outside. If it’s not raining, I would go out for a longer walk to allow the pup to sniff around, stimulate the brain, let out some energy, once a day. Coming home after a walk, I would wipe the feet and bottom to make sure they are clean and nothing is stuck on them. Then, treat them a snack as a reward as positive reinforcement. Expert says dogs need at least 16 hours of sleep each day, basically, rest whenever they can. So, I would let them sleep while I do my work.

I am a UX designer freelancer living in Wallingford neighborhood, mostly working from home. Pretty good at keeping my calendar up to date. Normally, I'm away from home a few hours for my appointments and/or grocery shopping at a time. Your loved pup can freely explore my flat, but if you have strict rules of your pup resting in crate whenever not being supervised, I have no issue with discipline as long as you bring whatever's needed. But, the owner should at least ok with their dog being on the couch, because my dog is allowed on anything in the house. It wouldn’t seem fair and would get the boarding dog feel confused and left out if he/she isn’t allowed. If you are not comfortable, perhaps, I’m not who you are looking for. Other than that, the one thing you don't need to bring is your worry. Your pup will have full attention and be safe and loved!
