Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Jessica. I have been working with animals nearly my entire life. Before I was old enough to work a real job, I would care for the dogs and cats in my neighborhood. My very first job was working at a dog boarding kennel. I’ve worked at three more animal related jobs and absolutely loved it. I've worked with dogs and cats of all sizes, temperament and age. I currently work as a dog groomer, and this job has taught me how to have patience with more difficult animals. I am completely comfortable administrating any medicine your dog may need. Side note, I have a soft spot for senior animals ❤️.

I would absolutely love to come to your home to care for your pet as usually I find the pet is much more comfortable in their home environment. Safety is my number one priority when visiting someone else’s home and I am very respectful. I love to get as much information about your pets routine (if they have one) so I can follow it and make sure your baby is happy and stress free!

I’d definitely like to know if there are any past or current medical issues so I am fully aware. Also, about their personality and how they handle strangers so I know how to approach them in a way they’re comfortable. I have absolutely no breed preference. With over 14 years of dog experience, I have come to the conclusion that every dog is their own self, no matter the breed. I love them all!
A typical day
You can plan on your dog getting my full attention whether they would rather snuggle on the couch or play fetch outside! I would also love to take walks around the neighborhood or if I notice parks nearby.

Availability
I currently work full time (usually until about 4pm). I am very flexible with caring for your pet before and/or after my job or as needed. If it makes you feel more comfortable and as long as your dog isn’t dog reactive - I would have no problem bringing them to work with me!
