Flexible Drop Ins and Playtime
Pet care experience
I have been doing freelance pet sitting since I moved to Texas about two years ago. Before that I pet sat for friends and Neighbors most of my life. I’m currently a full time student working remotely with in person classes on Monday and Wednesdays. I have flexibility in my schedule most days for drop ins and walks. I like to drop in a minimum of three times a day and I love to include playtime in at least one of the visits. Normally about 20-30 minutes depending on the energy of your baby. I try to be as quick as I can with communication and I work hard to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible while you are gone. Whether that is gone to work for the day or a week long vacation.

Jessica goes above and beyond with her walks with our dog. He is a very energetic border collie and she takes him long distances and even takes extra time to frisbee him and really tire him out after the walk. When she leaves he is passed out on his back for hours (which is tough to do!) Jessica is very flexible as well. I highly recommend her!!

I have a fenced in yard where all gaps have been patched as my own pup is somewhat of a escape artist. The yard has lost of space to run and play as well as a covered patio. Pets are allowed most rooms in the house but will usually be with me in one of the common areas. Both the cat and dog are good with others.

Let me know if there’s anything in particular you want me to know or do to accommodate your dog and their lifestyle. I want to make sure both you and your dog are as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
I start my day at about 7-8am and do my morning rounds about 20-40 min depending on how many clients I have that day. I want to make sure the pups get a good play or walk in as well as breakfast and a long potty break. Then my dog likes his afternoon nap about 11am. So I might cuddle with him or work on school work. This 12-1 is lunch or walks if someone scheduled one. Approximately 3pm I will go out for my second round repeating what I did previously generally or follow individual schedules. 9pm is the last round for the night. I want to make sure that if dogs are kenneled they don’t have to hold it for extremely long periods of time. This round of course will include about 20-30 min of food,potty, play and roaming time.
