Experienced animal caregiver

Pet care experience

I have been lucky to have a plethora of cats, dogs, and other small critters (rodents, snakes, lizards) since I was a little kid. My whole life has been dedicated to the care and love of animals. During high school, I regularly walked dogs and volunteered with cats at the Humane Society. Before college, I worked at a doggy daycare and pet sitting business, and I was lucky to be part of other missions caring for rescued dogs from illegal fighting rings and hoarder situations. Then, during college, I worked as a Veterinary Assistant part time for several years while I finished my degree in Wildlife Ecology. Although my career has taken me away from companion animals, I still am a proud mom to four needy kitties, and a proud aunty to all my family and friend's beloved animals. I am proud to offer fear-free experiences with your animals, especially using positive reinforcement with your dogs. I have extensive experience with special needs pets, including walking reactive or fearful pups, and medicating cats and dogs.

Jessica is amazing. She was great with my elder dogs. She took great care them while I was gone. She was on time for all the checks I asked her to do. Thank you so Jessica ❤️

Information Jessica B. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know of any behavioral and medical needs that your animal has! I'm more than happy to accommodate, whether it's as simple as your dog not liking their ears touched, or requiring special equipment, attention, and routines during walks to help your dog feel confident and safe. Please also let me know if your animal has any allergies, especially food allergies, or if they're on any special diets.

A typical day

I love to make sure your pup gets plenty of exercise, mental simulation, love, and whatever else they might need! I'm more than happy to take your dog for a good long walk, play catch with their favorite toy, and engage them in fun activities such as find-it games or training/"tricks" exercises. I work with every family to uniquely meet the needs of their pets.
