Pet care experience
There are a few things that set me apart from other sitters, one of them being that most recently I have completed the Specialized Training Program at the Academy of Pet Careers. At the APC I learned to train dogs using positive reinforcement and learned about behavior and enrichment through their Pet Empowerment Program. I've also taken care of dogs my entire life. From walking, feeding, training and bathing, I have always been a helping hand to family, friends and coworkers when it comes to their pets. They've even dubbed me the Cool Dog Aunt! My mom became a groomer when I was young and I have been involved in the pet industry ever since, making me a great candidate to hangout with your furry friend!

Jessica has watched my dogs many times, she is very communicative, the dogs love her and she is super attentive. Her interaction with the dogs is genuine and it really shows. We have multiple dogs (currently 8!) and that is no issue for Jessica. Beyond general basic care she is very dog savvy and really knows a lot about different breeds. From young pups to older seniors she has a keen instinct to their needs. So glad we can count on Jessica to watch our crew and she goes above and beyond with each one.
You literally won't find a better sitter for your pet!! Jessica has been through extensive training and has looked after my dog several times. She is so patient and sweet and will do whatever it takes to make sure your pet is loved and well looked after. Cannot recommend her enough!!
Jessica has stayed at my house while I was on vacation and watched my 2 dogs ( German Shepherd & Chihuahua ) and my rescue cat , she is great with my fur babies and very trustworthy. While I was out of town she kept me updated on how they were all doing. I can't tell you how great it is to find someone you can trust to watch your fur babies and know that they are in good hands.

I will take every precaution to keep your pup safe when I am visiting them. Whether it be double checking that gates/doors are locked, using provided, appropriate equipment for the dog and always taking care of them as if they were my own.

Knowing a little about your pup before my visit is always helpful. If your dog has any triggers or stressors please let me know right away. I also like to know what type of equipment (harness, collar, etc.), treats and toys your dog uses so I can use them appropriately.
A typical day
Enrichment plays a major role in your dogs mental health, so besides physical exercise I like to do try and incorporate 10 min training sessions or treating pups with puzzle feeders. If there is a dog park in the area I am always willing to take your pup there as well!
