In my clients home I will do the tasks they ask of me. For dogs usually I feed them and take them on a walk usually about a mile or two depending on breed and energy if the dog or if specified by owner I walk them around the yard incase their dog has needs specialized for them. I am athletic so if the dog is more energetic a jog may be more of an energy relief for them. For cats, I check to make sure they have a clean litter box. I’ll scoop it or dump it depending on how often the owner asks for each to be done. I’ll feed them the appropriate amount and make sure they have a clean water bowl. I usually take some time to play with both animals to make sure they are socializing and happy unless the owner specifies otherwise!
