Your dog(s) and I will be fast friends; we'll go on adventures, play in the wild, and loaf on the couch while enjoying a delicious milk bone (the dog, not me). I grew up with "Chester," a fantastic German Shepard mix for the first 19 years of my life. When I moved to California for college I stayed with a good friend for the first three and a half months and looked after her two mini pinchers for morning and sometimes evening walks. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with the only 4.0 GPA in my class, soon after, with all the work I was doing I realized I wasn't quite happy. My affinity for animals is well known by my fiancé; she suggested I surround myself with animals to elevate my spirits. Why I charge what I charge: If your pet is going to stay with me I’m going to treat it like it was my own, I’m gonna love it, I’m going to Pet it, I’m gonna spend time with it. In other words, I’m going to treat it like a member of my family, I will also be responsible for it. For all that I ask just $30.00 net per night. If I am to stay at a client’s home to watch their animal(s) it means I am away from my fiancé, and for that I ask for double. If it’s a holiday and I am taking care of your pet it may mean I’ll need to forgo being somewhere else, such as a holiday party, bbq, or what have you. For that I ask double. Will I negotiate?
