Jessa was amazing with my pup! She treated him like her own and made sure he felt loved and like he was home! She sent me pictures and updates throughout my long stay and was very accommodating when my plans changed. I could tell my dog was really happy with her and the other dogs and I will definitely have her care for my pup the next time I travel.

Rosco’s stay did not start off the way I would’ve liked it too. I work an odd schedule so I told Jessa I could drop him off at 6am and if that was to early I could drop him off the night before. Jessa told me the night before would be better as 6am was to early so I drop him off at 8pm the night before and around 10 that same night they told me they were charging me an extra day. It was frustrating because as a customer you are on my time yet I was trying to be more convienent for her. I let it go as she already had my rosco so there was nothing I could do. I packed his food which he does eat a lot(3 cups am and pm)..I measured it out so there would be enough..when I picked him up I still had half of his food I sent him with and he came home and attacked his food which is very unlike him and I never got updates unless I asked. I do not think rosco was taken care of the way I expected him to be and it may be a Home business of watching dogs but I expect professionalism. We will not be back.
